Joseph Evans

Joseph is originally from a small town in Northeast Missouri. He has worked in districts in the Rio Grande Valley, Suburban Houston, and inner city. He has over 30 years of experience as both a teacher, trainer, and administrator. His bachelor’s degree is from Texas A & M Kingsville.  He has two master’s degrees from the University of St. Thomas Houston, and he is nine hours shy of a doctorate from the University of Houston. In his free time, he likes to hike with his son and dog. He has been married for 22 years and is happy to be a part of Monarch.
