Deb Sampson

Deb Sampson was born in Brockton, Massachusetts, and she is a first-generation college graduate. She went on to earn a full basketball scholarship, was inducted into her high school Hall of Fame, and received many awards throughout high school and into her college career.

Prior to joining Monarch, Deb has accumulated a variety of experiences within the last 15 years of her career: Instructional Support Supervisor, Interim Residential Administrator, Training Support Manager, Senior College & Career Advisor, Teacher (public, private, special education), Instructional Assistant, treatment support specialist, and Case Manager. 

Deb has earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees. The first is from American International College in Communications, and the other is in Leadership from Ohio Christian University with a minor in Organizational Leadership.  She then furthered her education by gaining a Master of Science in Higher Education – College Administration & Leadership, and she is currently in the dissertation phase of her doctoral program for Education at St. Thomas University Miami Gardens, FL, Leadership & Innovation – Administration major.  Deb is thrilled to join our team!

In her free time, she enjoys shooting hoops, working out, traveling to new places around the world, playing board games, concerts, live music, and Caribbean festivals!
