JoAnn Sierra

JoAnn graduated with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Japanese from the University of Notre Dame. While in college, her courses were centered around child development. Prior to Monarch, she was a teaching assistant at a KIPP charter school for grades Pre-K3 through 4th grade where she discovered the intersectionality between her passion for education and equity.  She cares deeply about equality and is excited to help students reach their fullest potential. In her free time, JoAnn enjoys drawing, reading, and spending time with loved ones. She is so excited to join our Monarch Team!
