Her journey to becoming a Music Therapist started when she went to college at Southern Utah University, where her advisor helped her discover Music Therapy. In lieu of transferring, she completed her bachelor’s degree in piano performance and planned to get her master’s degree in music therapy. She then went to Colorado State University, where she received training within the neurologic music therapy approach. She is currently certified in pediatric and adult CPR, AED, and First Aid, and she plans to get professional training in Neurologic Music Therapy as soon as she is able.

In her free time, she loves to watch movies and TV with her dog, Freddy. She enjoys crafting, reading, and listening to podcasts. Her favorite instrument is the piano, and she enjoys going to live concerts with her friends and family.
