Ai-Vy Hua

Ai-Vy attended the University of Houston and graduated in December 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences and Human Development and Family Studies. 

Before joining the Monarch School and Institute, Ai-Vy worked as a Registered Behavior Technician for approximately seven years in a clinic setting. She began in the clinical setting working with teens and adults with Autism and other developmental delays. Towards the end of her tenure within the clinical setting, she worked with children ages 2-9. 

Ai-Vy’s goal is to help each child become as independent as possible and be able to advocate for themselves.
