Ginger Cuellar joined The Monarch School and Institute after serving over five years as the Head of Finance and Business at Crossroads School. She brings her years of experience in school management, nonprofit accounting, financial management and reporting, planning and forecasting and administration. Before pursuing a career in private school management, Ginger held several financial leadership roles in both for-profit and non-profit companies. However, she quickly discovered that mission-based, private special education management was her calling.

She was born and raised in the Texas Hill Country and received her BBA in Finance from Southwest Texas State University. Some of her interests including cooking, fishing and vacations to the beach, any beach!
