Lauren Bridges, M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Lauren received her Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology from Texas Christian University and her Master of Science in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas. She then began her career working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a public school in San Antonio, Texas working with a large caseload of students with a variety of communication and developmental disorders. One of Lauren’s greatest passions is working with and advocating for children who are deemed as being different. She believes that individuals with developmental differences have something special to offer to the world, and that it is an honor to be allowed to witness their growth. She is a strong advocate for inclusion and the importance of building relationships with children and their families to most effectively develop their abilities to communicate. Lauren enjoys reading, spending time with family, being outside, and playing with her dog, Harley. She is new to the Houston area and is eager to explore her new city. Lauren is looking forward to sharing her passion for working with children and becoming part of the Therapy Services team at the Monarch School.
