Austina Morgan Arceo is a native of the British West Indies, Antigua. She joined Monarch in 2016 as a Chrysalis professional educator. She is one of the founders and developers of the Monarch Bridge program and has served Monarch learners in grades 6th-12th across programs. She is skilled at serving students in reading and writing with an emphasis on dyslexia. She has a master’s degree in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Business, and an Associate’s in Health Care Administration with a concentration in Pharmacy Practices. Ms. Austina’s spoken languages are Antigua Patois and American English.

She is certified in seizures and epilepsy, seizure first aid, seizure action plans, rescue therapies, seizure emergencies, and how to support students in school settings. Ms. Austina enjoys traveling around the world with her son. She has been to 6 continents and 27 countries. Ms. Austina enjoys attending her son's soccer and cricket games. She is thrilled to serve as Director of Monarch’s Butterfly Program.
